marvin gaye's "what's going on/what's happening brother" live performance with moving, documentary footage to compliment the lyrics. one of those musicians throughout history who really touches the soul, heart & mind. recorded 1973 and is from a documentary film called "save the children" which features the live performances from rev. jesse jackson's Operation PUSH exposition held in Chicago. now check this, some of the performers are as follows:

man - nice to come across this video again - and i won't deny it, i'm a metallica fan - but this song and video is on another level. great piece -amazing use of movie footage to help tell the story. directing - song-writing - musicianship - and can anyone repetitiously bang drums as fast as Lars Ulrich (also a former tennis prodigy)
